An increasing number of music lovers wish to benefit from High Resolution music files which can be purchased and downloaded from the internet from sites such as HDTracks,qobuz and Linn Records and play them back from their Mac’s or PC’s. USB Dacs in general have become one of the most popular items for allowing files to be played back from a computer. The only problem is they are generally limited to maximum of 44.1 or 48 khz sampling rates. Another problem which can effect USB Dacs results from them having to share the USB bus with all manner  of other devices, from keyboards and mice to almost any other external devices.

I suppose this is not so surprising coming from a company who provides the digital clocks for the studios who produce some of the world’s most renowned artists – such as; Celine Dion, Cher, Paul McCartney, KORN, Red Hot Chili Peppers which are recorded and mastered with Antelope clocks.
